How To Make a BANANA MILKSHAKE
A banana milkshake is a nutritious drink that is easy to make. It is healthy and takes only a few steps to prepare. The main ingredients for a milkshake are bananas, milk and crushed ice. You can also add optional ingredients like sugar, vanilla extract and salt if you like. First, select five ripe bananas and chop them into small pieces. Then place the pieces in a blender. Add one cup of milk and one cup of crushed ice to the chopped bananas. Blend the mixture for about three minutes to get the desired consistency. Next, add in one tablespoon of sugar, one teaspoon of vanilla pssence and a pinch of salt. Blend the mixture together until the ingredients are completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into a chilled tall glass. Add whipped cream on top and serve immediately. |
